The Phases

So, what's the process?  How do you lose 30 pounds in 30 days?

                             Great question!

The program is set up in Phases.

Phase 1 - The Loading Phase

Phase 2 - The Release Phase

Phase 3 - The Stabilization Phase

Phase 4 - The Maintenance Phase

Let's break these out for you. Get ready to Release that weight!!!

The Loading Phase (Days 1-2)

This is your first two (2) days on the program.  These two days require you to EAT, EAT, EAT!! You must eat high calorie, high fat and sugary foods.  We suggest that you eat things that you really like to go ahead and get it out of your system as you prepare to transition into Phase 2.  This is the Loading phase, so LOAD UP!!!  Burgers, fried chicken, ice cream, snickers, fries, doughnuts, pizza, grilled cheese with butter.  Get the picture?  This phase is very important because it is building up your fat reserves for the HCG to pull from; and it's preparing your body for release.  Begin taking the HCG Drops, Nutraburst and Iaso Tea.

The Release Phase (Days 3 - 26)

In this phase you will begin to release the weight.  YEAH!!! Okay, we suggest that you keep up with this phase in 7 day increments. This helps to keep us grounded and moving forward with our weight loss goals. In this phase your calorie intake goes to 500 - 800 calories per day (you choose what's best for you) and there are specific foods you can eat in this phase.

Take the HCG Drops each day (10 drops under your tongue; holding it there for up to 15 minutes then swallow it; 3x a day.)

At the end of this phase which is 3 weeks (21 days - Days 3 - 23) you have 3 days now to begin the transition from Phase 2 to Phase 3.  On these days, you stop taking the HCG.  It takes 3 days to get it out of your system and you need it to get out of your system otherwise it will cause you to gain the weight back once you start to add new food choices in the next phase.

Let's get a visual of this real quick.

FYI - Some people don't need to lose 30 pounds or more.  If that's you, then you can modify your days; your weeks.  That's up to you.  For example, someone can actually lose 15 lbs in about 10 days.  If that's good for them, at that point, they need to take 3 days off from HCG, remain on the 500 or 800 calorie meal plan for the three days to get the hCG out of their system, and then transition into Phase 3 - stabilization at that point.

So, over a course of now, 25 - 30 days, you will  lose 1-2 pounds each day, which is generally about 30 pounds gone! Awesome!!!

The Stabilization Phase (Days 27 - 47) - {This is 3 additional weeks.}

This is a VERY IMPORTANT PHASE!

Doing Phase 3 properly is essential to reaching Phase 4, (Maintenance), where you enjoy ongoing health and eat a variety of foods. Now that you've lost the weight and reached your goal, you want to keep your new body. Without this phase, "Phase 3: Stabilize", Phase 2 will be worthless because you will gain the weight right back. In this Stabilization Phase you start to eat a wider variety of foods. You have to add each new food carefully and slowly to see how your body reacts. Your system will still be sensitive from eating the healthy foods from Phase 2, so you have to keep avoiding sugars and starches for 3 more weeks.  Again, no starches or sugars for 3 weeks!  But now, you are introduce other foods you like gradually.  Slowly start incorporating dairy, nuts, oils, etc. into your daily meals, but still stay away from sugary fruits like bananas and mangoes.  Also, you must not eat starchy food like breads, pastas and potatoes.  This will soon come in Phase 4; be patient a  little longer. : )

Keep weighing yourself each morning and recording your weight, and if you notice a weight gain of 2 pounds or more in Phase 3 immediately do a steak day. A steak day is where you have only water all day, a juicy steak for dinner (cooked without oil), then either an apple or tomato later on. This should put you back on track. In fact, a Steak Day is an effective weight management strategy for Phase 4, so learn it well. During Phase 3 listen to your body and learn to eat foods that help you feel good, and keep as active as you can. Don't give in to temptation in social eating situations or when you have late-night cravings, and remember to keep drinking plenty of water.

In this phase, we are simply changing our eating habits as well.  From the ladies I spoke with, they all said, "I only want on plate of food now a days.  I eat what I want, but it's a balance.  If we go to a cook-out/BBQ, then I eat whatever I want.  The thing is, for the rest of the week, I eat more vegetables and lean proteins.  I don't keep eating the way I did at the BBQ; that's how I am able to keep the weight off!"

Remember Andrea?  I sent you a pic of her.  She's the one I interviewed in Vegas.
    Here she is...

Well, she shared with me today, 7/25/2014, that she used a chart in this phase.  She documented what she ate everyday and the following morning, when she weighed herself (she continued to weigh herself daily in this phase) and if she say a 2 pound increase, then she placed that food she had that day in a "moderation" column.  This was done so she would no, 'Hey, I can eat it, but I know not to eat it all of the time or in really large quantities. But, I will enjoy it in moderation.'  She shared with me that people are different.  We have different body types, blood types and food can affect each of us in a different way.

I'm going to create a document for us to use in this phase, so check back for it, okay?

So now, we're stabilized and the new weight is LOCKED IN!!  Can I get a Hallelujah!!!  I am so looking forward to this.  : )

The Maintenance Phase - This lasts all of the days of our lives.  We have released the weight.  Poof! It's gone.  Like Andrea said, we don't lose the weight, because that can be found again; but when we release it, it's just gone!  Love that!!

So, would you worry about regaining the weight you lost after all your hard work on Phases 1, 2, and 3 of your Iaso Tea & HCG program? Well, it doesn't have to be that way. Phase 4 was carefully designed over decades of clinical research to prevent dieters like us from returning to old eating habits. Yo-yo dieting is disappointing and dangerous to our health, and the last thing we as a company want to hear is that we regained our lost weight.

Phase 4, Maintenance, is the capstone of the diet, the finishing touch that makes it all worthwhile and permanent. It is a lasting lifestyle change that will give ongoing health and wellness in your fresh, new body.  By the time you have arrived at Phase 4 you will have regained your body's natural taste for nutritious food. Eating rich, processed fatty food will feel strange to you. Keep that! It's a good thing.

Carefully start to reintroduce breads, pasta, sweets, and sugary fruits back into your diet, but do it in moderation. Keep active, drink plenty of water, and continue weighing yourself.

Do a Steak Day as needed if you ever gain 2 or more pounds over your lowest Phase 2 weight, and celebrate your new body by keeping active and using what you've learned. Put healthy snacks out in the open so you won't fall into temptation like before. How about rewarding yourself with clothes instead of food? You're worth it.

I'm excited about this.  We can do this!!!!

I hope this helps you see how this will work.  God Bless You!!
