hCG & Exercise






We are usually used to programs requiring special workouts and activity schedules, but it's not that way on this program.  Exercises are allowed, but not required, to complete the Four Phases of this program. 

Now, you shouldn't do heavy cardio or weightlifting, especially during the Low Calorie portion of the diet, (Phase 2). Tai chi, yoga, and walking are perfect for the hCG Exercise needs. 

Your daily activity is enough to burn calories, and strenuous activity while eating lower calories could make you fatigued and burn muscle mass instead of burning fat tissue.
