I Messed Up


My weight loss has stalled!  What can I do?

Let's say you eat something that you aren't suppose too; and the following day when you weigh yourself there is no weight loss.  Maybe even a gain!  (Remember, with HCG in the body, you will trigger weight gain if you eat the wrong foods.)

What you want to implement is the  Steak Day.    On this day, you will drink water all day and have a nice juicy steak for dinner (cooked without oil), then either an apple or a tomato later on.

This should trigger your metabolism and put you back on track.  Isn't that good to know?
